Being new to the area and after several failed attempts by phone to register for insurance, I googled local agents near me and emailed Howard Medicare. Mark Howard called me the next morning and we set up a time to get together. I met with Mark and Matt Howard, in person, for an initial visit. They were both professional as well as personable. We discussed options and I was given information to look over before making my decision. Matt contacted me the next morning to enroll both my husband and I with the insurance we had selected.
