My husband and I recently moved from MA to Westfield, IN. I am a native of IN and my husband is now a New England "transplant". We are so happy to be here!I needed to change my Medicare and my husband needed to sign up. I was given Mark's name by my dentist. I called him and he was able to find and set me up with the perfect plan for me. My husband met with Mark today and had the same, 5 star experience. As a retired RN, I know the importance of working with someone who really knows Medicare. Mark is that person! We would recommend him to anyone needing new or different coverage or anyone who just wants to have a better understanding of Medicare in general. We are 100% satisfied! If you are in the dark about Medicare, and the zillion options make your head swim, call Mark!! He will clearly, concisely and efficiently lead you in the right direction. He is extremely knowledgable and patient and makes the process more than tolerable! Mark was recommended to me by a friend who has used him for herself and her elderly parents for a number of years, so he came highly recommended. Do yourself a favor and call Mark for fantastic assistance with Medicare options/decisions.

My Mom referred me to Mark and was insistent that I don't work with anyone other than him. When I spoke with Mark and he referred me to his son Matt I was very reluctant but decided to speak with him. I am SO glad I did. Matt is professional, personable, and VERY knowledgeable! Transitioning from one Insurance to another can be very difficult and he made it very smooth, explaining every single detail through the process and saving me several hundred dollars per month. I spoke with Matt today about Insurance needs for my disabled adult , who is on Medicare / Medicaid . Matt was extremely helpful ! He came to our meeting prepared and ready discuss all options. I talked to Mark after a family friend with a cognitive impairment lost his Medicaid. He is on traditional Medicare and I was adamant about getting a supplement for him, NOT an Advantage plan. I work in healthcare so I strongly dislike Advantage plans and Mark accommodated my preference. Mark was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about finding the right plan for him. My mom had Plan F but Mark explained why Plan G made more sense financially. Mark helped get him approved through UHC at a very reasonable price. My experience with Mark was outstanding and I’d recommend him to any family member or friend.

Mark has been my go to for Medicare and Medicare Advantage. He laid out all pros and cons with numbers and in-person and always gets back to me when texted or emailed, usually immediately but always same day. He also picks up when I call if at all possible including weekends and always calls me back! Highly recommended!
