Welcome to Howard Medicare Services. We specialize in helping people understand the rights and options they have with Medicare. What you choose is a very personal choice. If you don’t understand fully how these work for you, it is impossible to make an educated decision. Our role is to help you understand your choices so that you can choose what is best for you.

My wife and I recently met with Mark Howard for an annual evaluation of our Medicare coverage for 2026. We began our affiliation with him in the Spring of 2023 when we relocated to central Indiana from Southwestern Michigan. In anticipation of our move, we conducted an online search and selected Mark on the basis of the many positive reviews he had received. We also arranged for an online meeting with him prior to making our final selection. In those discussions we found Mark to be very well informed and professional, and have been very satisfied with the level of service he has provided over the years. He has always been very responsive and accessible, if we needed additional clarification of our coverage. During our most recent meeting, Mark provided an in depth analysis of the various Medicare options, their costs and benefits, while at the same time addressing the specific needs of our health care coverage. At the conclusion we were more than satisfied that we had made the right decisions, and were grateful for Mark's expertise and analysis of our situation. As a result, he has our unequivocal recommendation as an health care representative.
